Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards using LHT management System Pro.
2. Plan and carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO regulations.
3. Identify improvement areas from compliance audits.
4. Provide EHS expertise in risk assessments, training and project consultations.
5. Oversee and maintain EHS procedures.
6. Develop and track KPIs to align with business goals.
7. Investigate EHS incidents and ensure the right preventative course of actions are implemented.
8. Act as main contact for regulatory bodies, industry groups and stakeholders.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
1. Auditing qualification in ISO 14001 or 45001 is preferable.
2. Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 AND 14001, ideally in aviation MRO sector.
3. Knowledge of COMAH regulations and experience with safety management systems for hazardous sites, including safety report preparation and liaising with authorities.
4. Strong Management skills, with ability to stay punctual and within budget.
5. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and conduct effective training for employees.
7. Willing to travel for meetings, training and events.
8. Have a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally to optimise success.
