Salary Range: £33,945 - £35,745 per annum
Work Location: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service HQ, Eastleigh (Hybrid Working)
Hours per week: 37 (requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, for which time off in lieu will be granted)
Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)

We have an exciting opportunity to work within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service as a Digital Skills trainer. We are looking for passionate advocates for people development who can effectively support our employees to develop their Digital skills.
You will join our Talent and Organisational Development (T&OD) team, responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of Digital Skills training packages. You will use your excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and employees to support the digital transformation of our organisation.
We are looking for engaging, dynamic individuals who put people first. You will be eager to impart your Digital Skills knowledge onto others and role model the effective use of technologies in your day-to-day work. Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable.
This role is based at Hampshire Fire and Police Service HQ in Eastleigh; however, you will be required to travel to Fire Stations and training venues within Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
