Lantra Qualified M1/M2 Traffic Management Operatives – Hereford
Our clients require Traffic Management Operatives to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures ensuring all schemes run smoothly and efficiently during each working day.
Due to the nature of the industry each role would require a certain flexibility and must be able to work both days and nights, including some weekends as required.
Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to carry out work to a high standard
Good communication skills
Good timekeeping skills
Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
Ability to always maintain Health and Safety standards
A can do and responsible attitude to work.
Applicants must
Be Lantra qualified to M1/M2 and ideally as an M5
Have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
Minimum 1 year driving experience
Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test when required
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday, days or nights with some weekend and bank holidays when required
Rate of Pay:
Up to £144 per shift to start with increased payments for weekend and bank holiday work
These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:
Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
Weekly Pay
No umbrella payments or fees
Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
