You will manage a team of carers, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the service. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets individual needs and preferences. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and support a team of carers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the service is compliant with all relevant care standards and regulations, including CQC requirements. Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and manage inspections. • Care Planning & Delivery: Develop and review care plans, ensuring they are person-centered and tailored to the individual’s needs. Oversee care delivery and ensure service users’ well-being is at the forefront of care provision. • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance procedures to monitor and improve the quality of care delivered.
