We are looking for an exceptional community-based nurse to join our team at Mid Hampshire Healthcare, which covers the Andover area. This is a part-time role for between 22.5 hours & 30 hours per week (Days to be agreed). Applicants must be an NMC Registered Nurse and have access to a vehicle as the role requires visiting patients in their own homes.

Previous experience of community nursing is a benefit but not essential as we offer a structured training development programme with formal support provided. Main duties of the job
As a community nurse, you will be directly involved in facilitating and shaping self-care for patients with long-term conditions in order to help keep them as well as possible in their own homes.
