A high-end commercial interior specialist based in Clerkenwell/Farringdon is looking for an In-House Sales Coordinator to join their very friendly team!
You will be based at their beautiful showroom Monday to Friday supporting the Sales and Client experience teams with a diverse range of tasks.
Your role will include:
* Professionally managing and responding to all incoming email and phone enquiries
* Supporting the UK sales team by issuing written quotations and updating opportunity pipelines
* Managing all sample requests
* Maintaining all UK sample stock levels both in the London showroom and UK warehouse
* Providing daily & monthly reports on incoming calls, quotes & sample activity
* Ensuring the CRM database is up to date
* Proactively managing all out of area opportunities
* Keeping abreast of any new product, environmental, technical & installation information
* Updating and managing our company Dropbox account
* Providing daily support to our Sales Team
* Supporting the Sales Director and Southern Sales Manager with ad-hoc tasks
* Providing holiday and sickness cover for the Customer Services Manager
* Supporting the Client Experience Manager with showroom cover and client activations
* Ensuring showroom and office standards are maintained at all times
* Proactively engaging with retailers
You must have strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and be proactive.
Salary up to £33,000
