This hybrid role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional skilled in Office 365, Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and desktop/printer support. Azure experience is a bonus!

Role Overview:
You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage and deploy laptop and desktop systems, and maintain IT infrastructure. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities within IT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
* Provide infrastructure support (on-premise and cloud).
* Oversee server, desktop systems, and VPN/remote access.
* Solutions-driven with excellent customer-facing skills
* Infrastructure support, on-premise and cloud.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills:
* Microsoft 365
* Networking protocols, and TCP/IP fundamentals
* Windows Server, Windows 11
* Active Directory & MS Exchange
* knowledge of IT products, (Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware)
* IT Security solutions (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies).
* Automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
* Understanding of server and desktop systems
* Infrastructure support, on-premise and cloud.
* VPN/Remote Access Support
