We’re looking for an accomplished and strong Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client objectives into actionable briefs.
You’ll be responsible for project delivery, quality, brand alignment, and profitability, they ensure seamless execution from concept to completion while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
This role involves collaboration with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT to drive service excellence, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
Manage end-to-end project execution, adhering to timelines and internal systems.
Identify and escalate sales and margin opportunities.
Support the Account Director in service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize supply chain efficiency and present ongoing innovations to clients.
Oversee Account Executives where applicable.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years in print management and account management.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and administration skills.
Competencies: Driven, team-oriented, decisive, and organized.
Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of print, POS, and related services.
