This is an opportunity to work with the perioperative medicine team as part of an exciting and evolving specialty within the RDUH Trust (Eastern). This dynamic team is a multidisciplinary group and is consultant led. We are striving to improve the care provided to patients on perioperative pathways. It is a ward-based role which will involve working at registrar/senior registrar level. Opportunities exist to experience all components of the pathway including high-risk clinic, CPET, operating theatres and MDT meetings. We also encourage active involvement in research and quality improvement in this field.

Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy when they need it most.
Job responsibilities
This is a fixed-term position for 6-12 months, starting from the August 2025 handover.
Working Pattern: daytime hours Mon - Fri
