Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to join our established and successful Tendering Centre.
Reporting directly into the Head of Tendering Centre, you will be responsible for supporting the existing Bid / No Bid process and producing tailored RFP and tender documents in response to formal tenders.
Where : Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area & home based 3 days a week.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or suit the needs of the business.
Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum

What we need from you:
Experience
* Experience of bid writing - facilities management and/or recruitment tender writing experience a distinct advantage.
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
* A driving license holder.
* A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
* Other appropriate professional qualifications.

* PC literate with intermediate MS Office level skills, in particular Word and MS Teams for archiving and storing bid information.

BID MANAGEMENT
Bid Process:
* Understand the Kingdom Group of services and our bid writing process.
* Support the existing bid / no bid process.
* Arrange kick off calls, liaising and timeline tasking with bid stakeholders.
* Manage shared email accounts.
Bid Creation:
* Produce tailored RFP and tender documents in response to formal tenders.
* Oversee and manage bid completion and submission from end to end – from PQQ to presentation stage.
* Create and build relationships with appropriate bid stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, Design etc.)
* Create bid libraries where they do not exist and library upkeep, version control and continually improve and strengthen.
* Manage client portals and distribute information to stakeholders.
Bid Outputs:
* Critique bids.
* Maintain a tender pipeline on the CRM (Hubspot) to drive automated results reporting.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monthly progress review against the Job Description.
* Continuous development – both personally and as part of the wider Kingdom team.
