Floating Support Outreach As a Floating Support Outreach Worker, you will be trained in all specialisms mentioned above and in Hospital Outreach. You will provide support to the teams, depending upon where the need is greatest. Due to the outreach basis of these role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend work. Please confirm in your cover letter which area you are interested in.
