In the role you will provide day to day assistance to the HR and Operations departments by supporting training compliance, best practice and improvements. Training Coordinator Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Friday 8am – 4:15pm Hybrid working options Nottingham Training Coordinator Job Description Work with the department leaders to conduct and deliver training needs analysis. Support the training plan for operational training including SOP training and assisting with external and internal training delivery. Design and implement training materials including digital, classroom and shopfloor training programmes. Be first point of contact for all training enquiries. Completing training administrative tasks.
