Within the GCS Marketing organization, the Global & US Large Enterprises (G&L) Marketing team supports our largest and most strategically important clients, through marketing directly to Corporate audiences, and also partnering with Client Management teams to deliver a best-in-class Travel & Entertainment (T&E) value proposition and meet the growing set of customers' B2B payment needs. We do this by driving differentiated value and providing solutions that meet the diverse and global needs of our customers. Our Marketing goal is to deliver essential value to Customers and Field Colleagues through best-in-class B2B Marketing. We do this by ensuring the messaging strategy to Corporate Card Members (CMs), Program Administrators (PAs), and Decision Makers (DMs) alike is clear and consistent, engaging and our value proposition is compelling. How will you make an impact in this role? The International Marketing Director will report to the VP of Global & US Large Enterprises Marketing and will be responsible for the full end-to-end suite of marketing communications that shepherd our Decision Makers, Program Administrators and Card Members from Early Tenure through their lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong command of multi-channel marketing strategy, attention to detail, the ability to engage with and influence broad stakeholder groups, drive actions, and provide clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders. The candidate will be a direct marketing leader who drives transformative strategies to maximize results. They will have a bias toward analytics, yet a strong creative voice to reach a complex customer base. Along the way, they will use their proven operational skills to evolve and advance the program. Key Responsibilities include: - Lead, coach and develop a global team across US, EMEA and APAC regions. - Drive the international customer marketing strategy for the G&L segment across EMEA and APAC with a balance between direct-to-customer and field enabled marketing. - Oversee the annual planning process, defining priorities and delivery of customer marketing strategy that aligns with broader G&L business goals. - Drive investment efficiencies through clear, measurable criteria and analytic rigor. - Manage all aspects of Corporate Card marketing including email, social/paid media and flagships events. - Transform Decision Maker and Program Administrator marketing and optimize channel strategy including email, site, social, and client management channels. - Partner with tech teams to drive the improvement of corporate data connections to allow for future programme growth. - Drive collaboration across stakeholders including client management, product, experiential, public affairs, legal, compliance and other marketing partners to align goals with strategies to deliver tangible business impact.
