Description Providing comprehensive administrative support to the faculty. Managing and maintaining databases, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinating meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentation materials. Handling correspondence, responding to queries and requests for information. Supporting the faculty in the planning and organisation of events. Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Performing other related duties as assigned. Profile Experience as an Administrator Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
