A world leading manufacturer of earthing, lightning protection, exothermic welding and surge production products is looking for a Customer Service Representative to process orders for UK, Irish and export clients, manage queries and complaints, check stock levels, track shipments and chase carriers.
Along with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, you will also receive a KPI-related bonus scheme, regular company events, holiday buy back options and staff parking.
Responsibilities
1. Receiving inbound calls
2. Managing numerous emails
3. Administrating and acknowledging all UK and Export orders on our Sage SOP system
4. Processing Irish shipments which includes producing customs and shipping documents
5. Progressing deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
6. Managing stock in terms of back orders and split deliveries and communicating with customers to advise status of their order
7. Liaising with procurement and production to ascertain dispatch dates and progress orders
8. Dealing with and recording customer complaints
9. Controlling documents and records, updating and filing as required
10. Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
Requirements
1. IT proficiency in MS Office packages
2. Previous customer service experience essential
3. Excellent and confident telephone manner a prerequisite of the role as the first point of contact
4. Excellent written skills
5. Excellent time management
6. The ability to communicate with staff at all levels
7. Ability to work as a part of a team as well as being self-motivated
You will be working Monday-Thursday, 08:30-17:00 & Friday, 08:30-16:00.
