Description
Due to ongoing expansion and growth we are looking to recruit somebody to support the Plant Compliance department. The department is responsible for ensuring all hired and owned equipment is maintained and serviced in line with company and industry standards
Key Responsibilities
* Working as part of the team to support the day to day operation of the Plant Compliance Department
* Complete all administration tasks as required
* To ensure our asset management system is always up to date with compliance information and documentation, with a keen eye to detail.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure all plant is serviced and maintained
* Action breakdowns within the timeframes of the SLA’s set out to minimize downtime and manage the contract’s expectations.
* Raising supplier purchase orders for works carried out and processing orders for damages passed from the Compliance Manager
* Liaise with other departments to ensure data integrity is correct and any discrepancies are identified, and re-occurrence is avoided.
Experience and Qualifications
* The successful candidate will be ambitious, willing to learn and keen to grow with the company in a busy Plant department.
* Previous Plant hire / hire desk experience is essential. Knowledge of the Utilities industry is desired but not essential.
* Strong IT Skills (Outlook / Word / Excel) is essential
* Interest in plant hire
* The ability to plan your day and prioritise workload
* Confident phone manner to liaise with internal and external personnel at all levels.
