Maintenance Handyperson - PERMANENT ROLE
Job comes with a van and fuel card - 31,450 pa (PAYE) plus very good OT pay rates
NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - YOU JUST NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED TIME SERVED MAINTENANCE PERSON WITH A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
* Van and fuel card provided for you
* 07.00-3pm - Monday to Friday
* Chelmsford area
Main Duties:
* Very straightforward carpentry maintenance - such as repair of cupboard doors etc
* Fitting locks and latches
* Basic plumbing maintenance
* General maintenance and repair work
ESSENTIAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience as a Handyperson, building fabric maintenance person, or property maintenance person
* A Full UK driving licence
* Experience in basic carpentry maintenance work
* Experience in basic plumbing work
* Ability to change a lock, repair a door or fit a new latch
* Good all round maintenance and repair experience
Monday to Friday - 07.00-3pm - Permanent Job
31,450 pa plus very good OT rates, with van and fuel card provided for you along with all PPE, equipment, tools and materials
