Job description
The successful candidate for the role of customer service advisor must have previous experience in a service reception or bodyshop reception role, with a strong focus on customer service. A bright personality is also a prerequisite for the role.
We want the right person and are therefore willing to discuss and negotiate salary terms.
Your duties will include the following:
1. Handle calls/emails from customers and work providers.
2. Administrate all documentation regarding customer claims.
3. Prepare job packs.
4. Manage courtesy car fleet and documentation.
5. Receive and register payments from customers.
6. Organise customer bookings and manage collection/delivery for drivers.
7. Check in customer vehicles and courtesy cars for damage.
8. Move vehicles around the site if necessary.
9. Promote all products and services for the business.
10. Handle initial customer complaints.
11. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by your managers.
Previous experience:
1. Excellent telephone manner and bright personality.
2. Multitasking abilities.
3. The ability to upsell to customers.
