KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:
1. Mainly responsible for administrative work to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
2. Planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities.
3. Stores information by filling in forms, writing notes, and filing records.
4. Types reports, memos, notes, and other documents.
5. Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence.
6. Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
7. Preparing letters, presentations, and reports to the Director.
8. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
9. Checks figures, prepares invoices, and records details of financial transactions made.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required for the Role:
1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
7. Experience in a similar role for 3 years is desirable.
