Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking for a fantastic opportunity in Chorley? Spencer Clarke is currently seeking an EYFS Teacher to join our team and work with a vibrant primary school on a full-time basis for the entire academic year, starting in February 2024. We encourage Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to apply and offer competitive pay ranging from £100 to £250 per day.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
2. Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
3. Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
4. Monitoring individual progress and providing constructive feedback to support students' growth.
5. Employing a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
6. Promoting a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
8. Experience or a strong interest in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
9. Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
11. Adaptable, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
12. Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
