Our Temporary Staffing service is looking to recruit bank ICU Nurses to join the multi-disciplinary teams at both Frimley and Wexham Park Hospital in the ICU Department.

Frimley Park Critical Care is looking to appoint a Band 5 staff nurse to join our Critical Care Team. We are seeking to appoint a motivated and dynamic Registered Nurse who wishes to pursue a structured Band 5 critical care development programme.
You will have a minimum of 6 months relevant post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, and up-to-date knowledge, together with a willingness to develop acute care skills and the ability to integrate into our dynamic team.
Under the supervision of the nurse in charge, the post holder will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care.
The post holder will work as part of a team and be accountable for the total provision, organization and direction of the nursing care for the patient in their care.

* Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in conjunction with specialist and senior clinical staff.
* Participate in the setting, monitoring and evaluating standards of patient care.
* Actively support in the promotion of health.
* Demonstrate a sound knowledge of infection control standards and promote these within the unit environment.
* Participate and set standards of patient care based on sound research findings.
* Assist in the systematic monitoring and evaluation of nursing care.
* Provide legible and comprehensive patient records to agreed Trust and NMC standards and guidelines.
* Liaise with Team Leader on untoward incidents, complaints and Team/Staff issues.
* Act in accordance with trust policies and nursing procedures.
* Maintain your own personal profile.
