As a Managed Services Engineer I at Loop1, you will service and support Loop1’s Managed Services Clients. This role involves providing remote support and proactive consultative services for the SolarWinds Product suite, including installation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support. Provide remote break-fix support to Loop1 SolarWinds Maintenance Clients.
Regularly consult with clients to understand their business requirements and drive continuous improvement of their SolarWinds tools.
Ability to achieve SolarWinds Certified Professional certification in Network Performance Monitor, Network Traffic Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager, and Server & Application Monitor.
Minimum 1 year of experience in server and network administration for medium to large businesses.
Strong knowledge of hosting enterprise applications on Windows Server OS.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
Adaptability to various demands and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CCNA certification is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL administration and Transact-SQL queries is advantageous.
Strong understanding of Windows Server OS, including role management and troubleshooting; Knowledge of complementary platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Clarity, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools is beneficial.
