Managing and organising new work orders, scheduling engineers, and ordering required equipmentOverseeing works in progress and ensuring all documentation is completed accuratelyDirect management of up to 5 Engineers and 2 Administrative StaffScheduling of maintenance visits and preparation of related documentationConducting client and site visits to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and high standards are maintainedEnsuring CRM system is consistently updatedProducing Risk Assessments & Method StatementsConducting site surveys and generating quotations for small worksOverseeing and preparing for NSI audits and schedulesManaging engineers' schedules including access to plant, training, and equipmentProviding efficient resolution to customer queriesActing as third-line telephone support for out-of-hours callouts (no site attendance)Reporting directly to the DirectorOffice-based role (80%) with regular site visits (20%)Service & Maintenance ManagerSkills and Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service & Maintenance Management roleStrong technical understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Intercom SystemsSales and design experience in electronic security systemsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience with NSI Gold Standards and Health & Safety ManagementAdvanced computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency essential)Ability to work efficiently, manage a team, and maintain excellent client relationshipsBenefits of this Service & Maintenance Manager Position:
