This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £42 per hour. \n\nBenefits: \n\nHybrid working\nMileage reimbursement\nDedicated consultant - one point of contact\nKeep your CPD/training up to date by accessing our e-learning online portal\nWeekly payroll\nCompetitive pay rates\nWorking with a top local authority\nWeekly mailers keeping you up to date with locum posts within your locality\nReceive up to £300 for referring a friend or colleague (T&Cs apply)\nFree healthcare and financial advice\n100's of discounts through the Happi AppResponsibilities: \n\nManaged a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs, providing assessments, support, and interventions to promote recovery and well-being.\nConducted comprehensive mental health and social care assessments under the Care Act 2014 to identify needs and develop personalised support plans.\nWorked in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, community nurses, and other professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to care.\nUndertook risk assessments and risk management planning to safeguard individuals and others, responding promptly to crisis situations.\nProvided support and advocacy to service users, ensuring their voices were heard in care planning and decision-making processes.\nFacilitated access to appropriate community resources, housing, employment support, and therapeutic interventions to enhance independence and quality of life.\nPrepared reports and participated in Mental Health Act assessments, contributing to decision-making around hospital admissions, community treatment orders, and safeguarding measures.\nAttended and contributed to multi-agency meetings, including case conferences, safeguarding reviews, and care planning discussions.\nEnsured accurate and timely record-keeping, maintaining compliance with legal and organisational policies.\nSupported families and carers, offering guidance, referrals, and interventions to help them manage the challenges associated with mental health conditions.Requirements: \n\nSocial Work England registered\nSocial Work Degree or equivalent\nEnhanced DBSExperience: \n\nAdultsIf you have any further questions, or wish to apply for this role then please contact Hannah on (phone number removed) otherwise Apply Below and I will be in touch soon.\n\nAre you thinking about a change in your career but not sure about this role?
