You should be in the final or penultimate year of study for a food science, physical sciences (chemistry, physics or material science) or related engineering degree (i.e. Chemical or Materials) and be full of ambition about where youtake your career in the food industry. youalready got some practical laboratory experience or have run independent projects, all the better.
