Based out of the Rugby site and directly reporting to the subsidiary General Manager (GM), the Finance Manager will be responsible for taking charge of all the finance activity. The candidate selected will be the go-to person for all matters concerning finance and accounting for the company and a critical business partner for the GM of the subsidiary.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the month end closing process, to be uploaded on the consolidation software day 2 after the month end.
Main accountabilities of the Finance Manager, within others will be:
* Producing accurate, on time monthly management reports, including P&L and balance sheets.
* Assisting in preparing budgets, monitoring sales and profit forecasts and advising management on all financial matters.
* Report Company Tax.
* Overseeing invoicing and providing statements to customers.
* Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and associated analysis.
* Managing risk, liaising with auditors and ensuring the business is compliant with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Exceptional understanding and experience with Month End Financial reporting.
* More than 8 years' experience as Accountant or similar role.
* Good understanding of current IFRS Accounting Standards.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* High level attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SOX and ICoFR internal control framework.
* Audit experience would be viewed positively.
* Working with Oracle or similar ERP.
* Analytical experience dealing with large data sets, manipulation and complex reporting.
