ABOUT THE SERVICE MANAGER ROLE We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Service Manager on a 12 months fixed term contract to empower and support our team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to residents across multiple accommodation units across Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).. Our services provide essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs, and in this role, you will foster a psychologically informed environment (PIE) that promotes recovery, rehabilitation, and independence. Shift Pattern: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 5:00. Onsite face to face service. With flexibility around these hours required. All managers, including this position will take part in the out of hours on call duty. Salary: £36,700 What are we looking for Service Manager? Understanding and/or experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds Previous experience in people management and development IT Proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate and learn new case management systems and other types of organisational software What would we like, but not essential for a Service Manager?
