Main duties of the job
Supporting the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic high-quality day-to-day care for children, young people, and families who access our community child and adolescent mental health services. These posts will have a specific focus on supporting and preparing older adolescents who are transitioning between Children's and adult services. These are new posts and are an opportunity to work with CAMHS and adult mental health services to ensure that transition between services is person-centred and needs-based and occurs in a way that supports resilience and promotes recovery.

Person Specification
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent working experience or to be willing to undertake NVQ level 3 and to complete within 2 years.
* Knowledge of mental health.
