The People and Operational Effectiveness (HR) team is dynamic, collegiate and looks after all aspects of the employee life cycle. The role of HRIS and HR Data Manager offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a specialist HR Information systems team, providing them with leadership, direction, oversight, and support. You will lead on the development of HR system processes and service improvement solutions that align with the Universities needs and technical priorities. In addition, you will provide on-going oversight of workforce metrics and workforce insights – including standard data elements and reporting. You will do this whilst ensuring that accurate business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place to support the administration of compensation programs, HR changes, performance reviews, benefits administration, payroll, and reporting.
