Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation with their search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fantastic team within their site in Shrewsbury.
THE ROLE:
1. Creation and execution of digital marketing strategies.
2. Managing your market places/websites, responsible for traffic, revenue, conversion, user experience and product listings.
3. Many forms of digital marketing - including content marketing, email marketing, social media, etc.
4. Managing the product inventory and seller reputation for your store.
5. Researching and creating compelling content to enhance sales.
6. Listing/editing products - identifying key product features, etc.
7. Maintaining your product listings ensuring they're accurate and priced correctly, enhancing all listings to improve UX.
8. Managing customer queries both through email, face to face and by telephone.
9. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on products and buying trends.
10. Recording statistics and meeting key performance targets.
11. Supporting other team members in resolving issues. General problem solving.
12. General office and sales administration.
THE CANDIDATE:
1. A great understanding of social media platforms.
2. Creative thinking and the ability to use initiative.
3. Copywriting with attention to tone and brand consistency.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
6. Experience knowledge of retail marketing: including generating campaign concepts and seeing them through to completion, metadata and SEO, social media marketing techniques.
7. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Enthusiasm, a strong team ethic and willingness to be flexible and help team members when required.
9. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.
