Would you like to work on themes such as learning and development, employee journey, sustainable employability, and leadership? Do you have thorough HR expertise to provide solicited and unsolicited advice to Kramp's business units?
Then you might be our new
HR Business Partner
for Kramp Group.
As HR Business Partner, you will mainly act as a link between the managers of international teams in group functions and the organization. Together with a team of HR Business Partners, you are an important player in the transformation of HR and within the business, where efficiency and digitalization of the basic processes go together with the development of the tactical and strategic role of the HR Business Partners.
What is your role?
You are a strong sparring partner for the business and are able to switch quickly between operational, tactical, and strategic levels. You think and work based on our People Strategy and employee journey, in which our employees are central. We ensure an optimal employee experience.
You’ll partner with Managers and Directors and their teams. As a sparring partner, you discover where the departments' needs lie for the future. You translate that need into action to support the future goals of departments and the company. Due to the Head Office position and the focus on international teams, you also have a coordinating role as a business partner and you regularly interact with HR Business Partners in other countries. You have close contact with HR support daily and, together with your colleagues, you ensure that processes run smoothly.
Your team
You work closely together with your colleague HR Business Partners and with two of our Strategic Business Partners, and you report to the Head of HR Group Functions. You regularly work with the Global HR Centers of Expertise such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards to continuously improve your HR function and co-create HR solutions.
Who are you?
For this job, we have a couple of requirements:
* You have at least 3 years of work experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international matrix organization.
* You have experience in operating at (senior) management level and with interventions in the field of team and organizational development.
* You are results-oriented, decisive, feel at home in an international environment, and recognize our values. Because we are growing and changing quickly as an organization, we are looking for someone who is flexible, can switch quickly, and can set priorities.
* You have excellent stakeholder management skills and feel comfortable in challenging mindsets and assumptions.
* You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, business, or equivalent.
* You are a thoughtful communicator with excellent people skills.
* You speak and write English; Dutch is a plus.
