We are seeking a driven and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the launch of our clients new, community-focused independent fostering agency in the West Midlands.
This is a unique opportunity to build an agency from the ground up, working closely with the Responsible Individual and shaping the future of fostering care. \nThe Orgnaisation: \nThey are a newly established independent fostering agency in the West Midlands, driven by a personal commitment to provide culturally sensitive and high-quality care for children in need. They are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on young lives and creating a supportive environment for both foster carers and children.
\nThe Role: \nAs Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing the agency, securing Ofsted registration, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
