Location: Covering East Scotland - Ideal candidates located in Aberdeen or Perth/Dundee
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Standby: 1 week in every 4 weeks

Job Description –
* Maintain and repair a range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost-effective and efficient way.
* Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures. Undertake regular planned store visits, completing PPM tasks and minor repairs as requested by the customer.
* Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery, and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks.
* Ensure underperformance on KPIs is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement.
* Support the Divisional Account Manager on all technical/electrical issues.
* Complete specified reports and compliance documentation and act on any issues raised.
* Participate in the recruitment and selection process of vacancies.
People Responsibility
This role is currently responsible for managing a team of electricians (around 5). As the business grows, the team size may increase accordingly.
Qualifications Required –
* You must be a fully qualified electrician with City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 3.
* C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection is desirable for this role but not an essential qualification.
* You must have an 18th edition certificate.
* You must have a valid UK driving licence.
* You must have a flexible attitude to work.
* This role includes a call-out rota of 1 in every 4 weeks covering evenings and weekends.
