Job Description I'm on the lookout for Senior Architects to join the London office of a medium sized, international Architectural practice. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £60,000 depending experience and level. You'll need at least 5 years PQE to be considered for this position. It's ideal for those of you looking for a managerial role alongside getting stuck into the day to day Architectural responsibilities. You'll be managing small teams of Architects so you'll need to provide experience of previous leadership positions. This obviously comes with a good level of communication and coordination- this ability will also be required on the client side as part of this position will be working on alongside clients for the delivery of projects in London. The company have multiple offices across the world but you will be focusing on their UK based work. A proven track record of working on either large scale residential developments and/or large scale hotel schemes. Revit fluency is a must for this practice regardless of level and a Revit test will be apart of the interviewing process. Experience of NBS would be a bonus. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Write NBS Specifications and ensure that they align with project requirements and regulatory standards. Run architectural projects, overseeing all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration. Create and detail architectural designs, incorporating innovative and sustainable solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and provide regular updates on project progress. Manage and mentor teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Day-to-day Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural designs. Writing NBS Specifications and ensuring they are accurate and compliant with project requirements. Overseeing project progress and providing guidance and support to project teams. Reviewing architectural designs and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with regulations. Mentoring and fostering the professional development of team members, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.
