An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Executive team as a Support Assistant. The role would be reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and is a rare opportunity for someone looking to develop their skillset and career in business administration at a senior level. A background in professional services administration is advantageous but not essential as full training and mentoring would be offered.
The role would be primarily based in our Bournemouth office with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Working with the Managing Partner’s team on general administration such as:
2. Management of diaries to include setting up meetings (internal and external), booking of rooms and as necessary video conferencing.
3. Ensure relevant files and papers are prepared and put together in advance of meetings to ensure sufficient time is allowed for preparation of the meeting.
4. Book travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
5. Electronic filing and appropriate archiving or disposal of legacy files.
6. Assisting in the preparation of Group Leader monthly reports, attending meetings to minute action points and follow up on them.
7. Assisting in the creation and compilation of annual Fixed Share Partner 1-2-1 documentation.
8. Assisting in the co-ordination of various meetings at management level.
9. Planning of events throughout the year ranging from training and development sessions to celebrations.
10. Occasional travel to the Southampton office for ad-hoc duties and holiday cover.
