Architect/Senior Architect – London
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
We are seeking an exceptional Architect/Senior Architect to join an expanding team in London. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects at all RIBA stages, collaborating with a broad team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong heritage experience and a passion for working on listed buildings and conservation properties of all scales.

Key Requirements:

ARB Part 3 qualified with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect for a UK-based practice or equivalent professional qualification.

Strong heritage experience with proven experience working on listed buildings and conservation properties of all scales.
*
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software.
*
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of detailing.
*
Solid experience in project management and contract administration.
*
In-depth understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations.
*
Leadership experience, including managing a small to medium-sized team.
*
Conservation experience is highly desirable.
*
Proven ability to manage the financial success of projects.
*
Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to both work and projects.
*
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong client-facing communication.
*
Experience working on all RIBA stages.
