We currently have an opportunity for a new and exciting role that we have developed to support young people, including young people who have been previously Looked After and Care Experience. As a Link Worker (Employment and Training) you will work closely with our Personal Advisors, Adult Services colleagues, SEND colleagues, training providers and a range of key others to support our young people into suitable employment and training and to work with others to prepare them for a range of learning and work-based opportunities. This is a key role working with others to improve outcomes for young people and we are looking for an individual with a passion and desire to make a real difference. To be considered for this post, you will need to demonstrate: Relevant degree or professional qualification in health/education/social care related field or the ability to demonstrate through extended experience and training, the specialist knowledge to carry out the full range of duties.
