As our new Modern Work Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales of modern workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365 productivity suite, security and Copilot. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Modern Work Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration. Other responsibilities: In-depth understanding of products, services, and solutions across the M365 productivity suite. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively Scope and develop tailored solutions to customer requirements in collaboration with the Professional Services team Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations and Workshops on complex technical solutions, confidently addressing technical questions on M365, Copilot, and best practices for implementation, adoption, and change management Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and externally to Microsoft, highlighting how our offerings and how we can address the unique needs of our clients and deliver tangible benefits. Your Competencies: 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role, with a proven track record of selling Modern Workplace solutions and related services Subject Matter Expert across the Microsoft 365 suite Industry recognized certifications, such as MS-900 and/or SC-900. About You: Your excellent communication skills along with your ability to simplify technical information into business terms, will allow you to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
