Position: Board Member & Strategic Investor
We're seeking experienced board members and strategic investors to join our advisory board and contribute to our global expansion, particularly in the UK market.
Role Overview
As a Board Member & Strategic Investor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction, providing guidance on UK market penetration, and contributing to our global growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic guidance on UK market expansion and global growth
* Participate in quarterly board meetings and monthly strategic reviews
* Contribute to fundraising strategies and investor relations
* Leverage your network to facilitate strategic partnerships
* Guide the executive team on market opportunities and risk management
* Assist in establishing strategic partnerships with UK-based organizations
* Provide insights on UK market trends and competitive landscape
* Support the development of UK-focused service offerings
Required Qualifications
* Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
* 10+ years of executive leadership experience in HR Tech, Talent Management, or related industries
* Proven track record of board membership in successful companies
* Significant experience in the UK talent management or HR technology market
* Demonstrated history of successful investments in HR/talent-focused companies
* Strong network within the UK venture capital and HR technology ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field, PhD is preferred
* Experience with international business expansion
* Track record of successful exits in HR Tech or Talent Management companies
* Previous experience scaling companies from emerging markets into the UK
* Active involvement in HR technology investment networks
* Published works or thought leadership in talent management
Investment Requirement
* Minimum investment of £200,000 to £700,000 (negotiable based on strategic value)
* Opportunity for larger investment with increased board influence
Time Commitment
* Quarterly board meetings (virtual)
* Monthly strategic review calls
* Ad-hoc availability for strategic initiatives
* Estimated 10 to 15 hours per month
