Land Acquisition and Planning Role
A highly experienced Senior Development Land Manager is sought to join the Alderley Group, a leading UK development company. This crucial role involves identifying and securing development sites to drive land acquisition and planning processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding land opportunities, ensuring efficient development delivery, and contributing to the company's strategic growth target of 500+ homes annually. Key responsibilities include:
* Land identification, planning, and acquisition
* Collaboration with planning and technical teams
Required qualifications include RICS, RTPI, CIOB or equivalent certifications. A minimum of 10 years' experience in development processes, preferably with affordable housing insight, is also necessary. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to meet challenging KPI targets and deliver residential projects through the planning process.
This role requires strong knowledge of development viability, financial appraisals, and planning system, including policies and laws related to C2 and C3 planning use classes.
