This role is from Monday - Friday on a Hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office on a Tuesday and Thursday. This is a 6 month contract that has the potential to be on a 6 month rolling contract. The successful Operations Job scheduling Administrator will join the growing Energy Services Team based in Nottingham. The Job scheduling Administrators will offer excellent Customer Service and Admin support to the wider team. The Job scheduling Administrators role is responsible for the raising and scheduling of electrical metering appointments relating to the MBNL (Mobile Broadband Network Limited) contract within I&C. This includes managing a diverse range of works, from fault investigations to the installation of new metering connections. The role requires overseeing all key aspects of the booking process, including coordinating site access, arranging necessary permits, including risk assessments (RAMs), arranging specialist vehicle hires, scheduling out-of-hours appointments, and addressing any other access related requirements necessary. The primary goal is to ensure the seamless and successful completion of works within defined timescales keeping MBNL fully informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Capable of providing excellent customer service ensuring that appointments are booked within contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements). The role also involves providing crucial administrative support to field engineers throughout the duration of each job, from initial scheduling to on the day support. This includes managing schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all necessary documentation, permits, and risk assessments are in place. Responsibilities: Proactively plan, raise and schedule MBNL appointments, ensuring all booking requirements are addressed, including permits, site access, keys, vehicle hires, and out-of-hours arrangements. Efficiently organise and prioritise your workload to meet defined targets and expectations for each appointment, ensuring timely and successful completion. Resolve MBNL escalations and queries swiftly, adhering to specified timescales and SLAs, through both written and verbal communication, maintaining a high level of service. Provide essential administrative support to field engineers, ensuring all necessary documentation,resources, and arrangements are in place for successful completion of works. Work closely with MBNL to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, ensuring that all communications and actions are delivered as agreed and meet the highest expectations. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all data entered into Siemens/MBL systems, maintaining high standards across all data entry activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for live trackers, relating to work requests and job completion outcomes. Support other Cell Tower functions when necessary, during periods of team absence. Build and sustain strong relationships with other teams within the Companies Energy Services to facilitate seamless inter-team operations. Understand and operate within the framework of Company values and the wider strategy. Familiarity with Cell Tower booking processes is advantageous. Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, both written and verbal, is desirable.
