Having achieved significant growth on visitor numbers in the past 12 months and looking ahead to an exciting future, Game of Thrones Studio Tour is recruiting a new Head of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing visitor numbers and driving revenue through all channels including but not limited to online, tour operators, tourism bodies, travel (cruise ships and others) and other ticket reselling businesses. The role holder will build, nurture and develop professional relationships with key external stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships, and representing the attraction as the face of the business at industry specific events and other networking opportunities. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire a team, forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the Game of Thrones Studio Tour remains a must-visit destination. The successful candidate will have: Experience of creating and implementing a multi-channel sales and marketing strategy which has delivered the sales and organisational growth targets set. Evidence of successfully creating and rolling out a strong sales methodology and suite of KPIs. Track record of building and nurturing professional relationships with key external stakeholders, leveraging those relationships in order to drive sales targets. Evidence of building, developing and motivating a high performing sales team to consistently deliver against sales targets. Proven successful experience of working within B2B, either directly and/or through agents and partners. Experience of analysing sales performance using available data, identifying opportunities and areas of improvement.
