Your new role To raise sales invoices throughout the month Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner. Maintaining and Invoicing two of our key accounts – both portal customers Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner Requesting of purchase orders where required Liaising with other departments in the office Issuing of manual invoices if required Uploading of invoices onto customer portals (Coupa, Tungsten, Tradeshift, Service Channel) Issuing of credit notes when required What you'll need to succeed You'll have 6 months experience in a finance function or a 1st, 2nd jobber in a similar role. You will have good excel and admin skills. You will ideally be a local candidate, not more than 45 mins travel away from the Sunbury area.
