Duties
* Accurately produce and process client quotations and instructions in line with SLAs.
* Liaise with clients via phone and email, promoting services, providing support, and arranging appointments.
* Coordinate with clients to arrange access and update the electronic database.
* Assist other departments, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
* Provide high-level customer care, reflecting the business image.
* Manage email inbox to comply with SLAs.
* Support Client Services Teams to achieve company targets.
* Compile and analyse updates and reports on work progress and issues.
* Promote services and support existing clients.
* Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's profile.
* Support additional administrative requirements and contribute to all functions as needed.
* Undertake duties, projects, and responsibilities as directed by management.
* Meet and exceed targets and deadlines set by management.
