Job purpose:
To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the person who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
This role involves overnight support.
About the employer:
Our client is a 47-year-old female living in the Wednesfield area of Wolverhampton who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their team to provide support with all daily living tasks and overnight support.
Our client has support in place for 24 hours per day as she has a brain condition that affects her daily life and Type 1 Diabetes.
Main duties:
Personal care: Support with all aspects of personal care and administering medication.
Domestic duties: Support with cooking and serving nutritious meals and snacks, cleaning, changing linen and laundry.
These duties may vary from day-to-day.

Hours of work:
Week 1 – 5 Nights Monday to Friday 10pm-7am
Week 2 – 7 Nights 10pm-7am + 30-day hours
Week 3 – 5 Nights 10pm-7am Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs + Sun
Week 4 – 4 Nights Monday to Thursday 10pm-7am
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour + £90.00 per Sleep-in Night

This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
