We’re seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school on a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment. Assist students with individual or group tasks, promoting engagement and learning. Provide additional support to children with varying needs, both in and outside the classroom. Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, welcoming space for all students. Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Participate in school events and activities as required. Qualifications & Experience: Classroom experience is preferable but not essential. We welcome those with a background as a support worker, sports coach, childcare worker, or similar roles involving children. Passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Patient, empathetic, and able to work well as part of a team. A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning and education.
