Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and client focussed Approved Premises Sessional Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Bradford. This role is a permanent part time role working 12.5 hours per month (with the option to work over these hours as overtime). The successful candidate will receive a salary of £1,877 per annum. This is an ideal role for someone with experience of working within the criminal justice system in the UK. Box Tree Independent Approved Premises is primarily for offenders who have been released on licence through the criminal justice sector, and who require a high level of supervision. We play a crucial role in supporting the management of offenders in their transition from custody into the community, to achieve successful resettlement. We assist with the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, helping them to adhere to their license conditions and supporting them to keep themselves and others safe. We regularly carry out inspections, monitor behaviour and positively engage with residents, working closely with colleagues and in partnership with organisations across the criminal justice sector.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Support clients to achieve their aims to reintegrate into the community and live independently and crime free. • Work as a team to provide a safe and engaging home and to model pro social behaviour. • Prepare for and induct new clients to assist positive outcomes, including assessing clients in prison prior to release and preparing clients for move on. • Support the delivery of a range of programmes, groups and key work sessions within Box Tree Cottage.
* Keep up to date with client plans and risk assessments.
* Establish and maintain effective liaison with colleagues, Offender Managers,
PPU, Police and other agencies to monitor and review progress and ensure all relevant parties are aware of key factors.
