As a Supervisor in the Catering Department at Liverpool University Hospitals, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting operational goals. You will provide guidance, training, and support, ensuring staff are motivated and professional. You will supervise cash handling, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company procedures. Implementing loss prevention strategies will be key in safeguarding inventory, while collaborating with other teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Flexibility is essential as you may need to work across different sites or during peak times, including weekends and holidays. You will also participate in staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment.
