We have big plans and want to make a difference. Do you? What you’ll do: You will work within the finance department and be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of the purchase ledger. Ensuring three-way match is adhered to. You will deal with query invoices, ensure accuracy of communication internally when dealing with invoices, as well as externally with suppliers to address payment and invoice queries. You will work with colleagues and suppliers to get issued resolved, guaranteeing accuracy of invoice coding, performing suppler reconciliations Support the finance team with preparation of monthly payment runs, month end reporting tasks, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will be confident using standard finance software like Xero and Emax to prepare expense reports and journaling duties. You will use your existing skills and experience, (ideally from a manufacturing background) to confidently prepare journals & reconcile the general ledger, as well as other purchase ledger duties. You will support on innovate grant claim submissions, including collating invoices and payroll date to ensure accuracy of the claims. We’d love you to have: Dedicated experience within a similar finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. An AAT Qualification or equivalent. Solid experience in Emax or another ERP system.
