Main duties, tasks & skills required
The Mid and North Division are looking for a Personal Assistant to support The Director of Operations and the Deputy Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support as part of a larger Business Support team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, reliable, has exceptional organisational skills and used to working with senior colleagues in a busy environment, this role is integral to the successful working of the Senior Leadership team.
Experience of working as a Personal Assistant in a busy setting is desirable with the ability to multi-task. You will be an experienced administrator, adept at problem-solving and have excellent communication and people skills. Willing to learn, you will show initiative, be happy to be a team member and be highly motivated. Professional at all times, you will handle confidential and sensitive information with care and respect. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead by example, provide consistency and high level quality in your role to support the Leadership Team. This will include sharing your knowledge and skills with the wider team, supervising junior team members.
